Society Benchmark Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Society Benchmark Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), a free prize draw run with participating UK university societies. By entering, you agree to these terms. Your use of the Acumen Logic platform remains governed by our Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promoter
Acumen Logic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16032469) with its registered office at 1 Factory Row, Beccles Road, Thurlton, Norwich, NR14 6AJ, United Kingdom (“Acumen Logic”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@acumenlogic.co.uk.
2. Free to enter
No purchase is necessary and entry is free.
3. Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to current students of a UK university, aged 18 or over, entering through the official giveaway link shared by a participating university society. One entry per person across the whole promotion. The following cannot enter the member draw: committee members of a participating society who receive complimentary access for hosting the Giveaway (in respect of their own society’s draw), and employees of the Promoter.
4. How to enter
Open your society’s unique giveaway link, complete the free Acumen Logic Benchmark, and create an account. To make sure your entry counts for your society, go directly through your society’s link and register in the same browser. The Benchmark allows one attempt per person, ever; an entry requires a completed attempt and a registered account.
5. The prizes
Each participating society has a stated number of free 90‑Day Passes (Pro access for 90 days, as defined in our Terms & Conditions). A Pass activates on the date it is granted, is non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash alternative.
6. The draws
Each participating society has one or more prize draws. The number of draws and their dates are agreed with the society and stated in the society’s giveaway announcement. Winners are selected at random from that society’s eligible entrants, using a recorded, auditable procedure. Where a society has more than one draw: entrants who do not win in an earlier draw automatically remain in the later one, earlier winners are excluded from later draws, and entries received after an earlier draw are included in the next. If a society has fewer eligible entrants than Passes, every eligible entrant receives one.
7. Winners
Winners are notified by email to their account address within three days of each draw, and access is added directly to their account — there is nothing to claim. Winners are not publicly announced without their consent.
8. Your data
Entry information is used to administer the promotion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. General
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the outcome of a draw. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if it cannot be run fairly for reasons beyond our reasonable control. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or any university or students’ union. These giveaway terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
